If you use a plastic bin, you can also identify the knitting yarns within by using sticky labels and writing the type or variety on the label.

Some people create their own unique storage containers for their knitting yarns, anything from plastic water jugs, to fabric bins, to wire racks or plastic netting. One thing is for sure, you’ll be able to get your knitting done faster and without as much frustration if your yarns are tidy, organized, and easily accessible.
